Automatic handkerchief production line is consists of four parts:
1.Handkerchief Folding Machine 2.Separating Unit 3.Single Bag Packing Machine 4. Multiple Bags Packing Machine.
Raw material from jumbo roll first through color printing unit(optional), Then embossing and folding into handkerchief. And then separated into different sets by separating unit, then go to the single bag packing and multiple bags packing. This line realizes the whole production process is automatic. It greatly improve the efficiency and reduce labor cost and easy to operate. It adopts failures tracing and alarm system, failures will be found and settle immediately, which save the lost in a maximum way. Handkerchief folding size, tissue number of each bag and multiple packing bag number all can be made according to clients’ requirement.

(2), Within two year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by DHL or Fedex immediately FREE OF CHARGE.
(3), After two year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, We are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
(4), After the machines arrive, the sellers shall send technician to install the production line(if need). And the buyer shall pay their round-trip air tickets from China factory to buyer's factory, the charge of visa, food ,transportations and accommodation in buyer's city.
