The Automatic Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine is a specialized equipment designed for the processing of toilet paper rolls. This advanced machine features a core feeding unit and is capable of operating both with and without a core. The raw material, sourced from a jumbo roll, undergoes full embossing or edge embossing, followed by perforation, end cutting, and the application of tail glue, transforming it into a log. Subsequently, it coordinates with cutting and packing machines to produce finished products.
The machine is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), enabling operators to manage it through a user-friendly touch screen interface. The entire process is automated, ensuring ease of operation and significantly reducing labor costs. Furthermore, our machines can be customized to meet specific client requirements.

1.The system features an automatic core feeding mechanism, with an
automatic log pusher that activates after rewinding, facilitating
the rewinding of new logs seamlessly.
2. It performs automatic edge-trimming, core feeding, glue
spraying, and sealing all in one synchronized operation. Leaving a
10-18mm tail ensures easy rewinding, reducing waste and saving
costs.
3. Employing advanced international PLC programmable control
technology, it offers a user-friendly man-machine interface for
data setting and parameter adjustment, with fault indications
displayed on the touch screen.
4. Four high-precision spiral knives are used, ensuring low noise, clean perforations, and a wide range of applications through a gearbox.
5. The machine incorporates three horizontal back stands and a pneumatic loading system, equipped with wide driving flat belts. Each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
6. The embossing unit utilizes point-to-point embossing rollers, ensuring a perfect match between the two layers, resulting in soft paper with distinct patterns.
7. Jogging switches are incorporated for easy and safe paper threading operations.
